Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping methods and delivery time

We use standard shipping carriers within the US. Estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days after your order has been shipped. Total time from order to delivery is usually 7–15 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item and destination. Any promotions (e.g. free shipping over a certain amount) will be shown on the product or cart page.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Order delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Billing and merchant name

Your credit card statement may show “Hato Workshop” or “The Cat Face” as the merchant name.
