How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–9 business days after shipping. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7–15 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? 

Please contact us as soon as possible at [infothecatface@gmail.com]. We can only change addresses if the order has not yet been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Please report issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes / APO addresses?

Yes, we ship to most US addresses. If there are any restrictions, they will be shown at checkout.

Why does my credit card statement show a different name?*

Your credit card statement may show “Hato Workshop” or “The Cat Face” as the merchant name. Both refer to the same business.
