Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and quality control process, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Timeframe 

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
